This appointment selection is for individuals, families, or small groups seeking personalized intentional Wellness Services. (Mental/Emotional Wellness inclusive). Mental Wellness Program is the Umbrella. These initial session includes Membership of Blue Girls Turned Gold and or Resources available through Myesha Collins.

THIS APPOINTMENT INCLUDES A CONSULTATION FOR RESOURCES NEEDED TO INCLUDE NEXT STEPS.

PROGRAM: This Program provides spiritual counseling, faith-based leadership, mentoring, for individuals, families and groups. We impact by customizing strategic accountable activities, journaling, mentoring, strategy, conversations and prompts. This intentional focused service provides space for growth, Self-Empowerment and Self-Evaluation.

SESSIONS: TWO- thirty-five minute Zoom. May be extended if time allows up to 1.5 hours.

This option includes (2) thirty-five minute Zoom Sessions to allow ease and convenience of services. This appointment serves as an consultation and service appointment inclusively. Consult to include access to resources via other organizations to ensure optimal reach and tools are accessible.

Future Appointment dates and times will be scheduled with client(s) to ensure optimal impact and accessibility. Services can be extended on an as needed basis where and when available.

For Public Schools both group and individual on-site options are available fthrough Virginia Beach Public Schools, upon written request via School Liaison. 2026/2027
